Daughter of Blood

A personal project I worked on in pieces within a grimdark fantasy setting, as one part in a set of future works. This piece encapsulates a young heiress to the royal throne; the inheritor of a cursed vampiric bloodline that writhes to consume her and the land in a crimson tide.

The descendant child of blood, left to rule on a golden throne from which she is eternally bound.

The sacred heir, delicate yet imbued with the vicious hateful ichor that yearns to be unleashed in a crimson rage over the realm.

The golden throne, an ancient device and symbol of a ruler. It was developed to transfuse the blood of the cursed young princess, so that the beast within ever remains dormant.
